1. Coaching Services & Disclaimer

• Our website and related coaching services are designed to provide support for spiritual growth and personal development from a Christian perspective and are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical advice, or legal guidance. We do not offer medical, mental health, or other professional services. If you require professional assistance, we advise you to seek appropriate help from licensed healthcare providers

• We do not guarantee specific results. Success depends on your commitment and effort.

• Any testimonials or success stories shared on our Website are individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

• As a faith-based organization, we adhere to Christian values and principles. However, we respect the freedom of religion for all individuals.

2. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Payment for coaching services must be made upfront to secure your package.

• All sales are final after 7 days. If you cancel within 7 days of purchase, you may receive a partial refund minus any completed sessions and a non-refundable administrative fee of [$50].

• After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

• Coaching sessions must be scheduled and used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions will expire and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, courses, and resources provided by us are protected by copyright and cannot be copied, shared, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and confidentiality in coaching sessions. However, we may disclose information if required by law or if we believe there is a risk of harm to you or others.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from our coaching services.

• You agree to release [Mindset Coaching LLC] from any claims related to your use of the Website or coaching services.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of [Pennsylvania, USA].

  You acknowledge that your progress is your responsibility, and I am not liable for any personal or professional decisions you make based on the course content nor E-book.

  3. Liability Waiver & Release

  By enrolling in this course, you voluntarily assume all risks related to applying the coaching principles provided. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own mental and emotional well-being.

  4. Payment, Refunds & Access

• Payment Terms: All payments must be completed before accessing the course (as long as the course remains available). If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled.

• 7 Day Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of this course, You may request a full refund by emailing coach@petronya.com within 7 days of purchase date—but only after you’ve accessed and completed every module; once that 7‑day window ends, all sales are final.

• Course Access: You will have lifetime access. However, I reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue parts of the course at any time.

  5. Intellectual Property & Copyright
